Statistical Tools

A small library of browser-based tools for practicing core Lean Six Sigma statistics.

Good process improvement decisions start with understanding the data behind them. The tools below let you explore a few of the core statistical methods used throughout Lean Six Sigma — measurement system analysis, control charts, process capability, hypothesis testing, and correlation — right in your browser, using your own data. Each one is meant to build intuition for how these methods work and what the results actually mean, so the concepts stick long after a class ends.

Disclaimer: These tools are provided for educational purposes only, to help students practice and understand statistical concepts. They are not validated statistical software. For real-world analytics, quality decisions, or regulated work, use a validated statistical analysis tool (e.g., Minitab, JMP, or R).
